The six new businesses are designed to make daily routines—and time with friends and family—more convenient and enjoyable for residents:
• Fleet Feet will offer specialty running footwear, apparel and fitness products for runners and active individuals of all levels. Planned fun runs, walks, training groups and in-store educational seminars will create additional ways for residents to stay active and connect with others.
• 6th Street Deli will bring casual indoor and patio dining to the community, with fresh, kettle boiled New York-style bagels baked daily; specialty deli sandwiches; Lavazza coffee, espresso drinks and frozen iced coffees; homemade desserts; and an Italian dry-goods selection featuring specialty olive oils, pastas and baked goods.
• Enchanted Medical Aesthetics will add medical aesthetics and wellness services to ThePromenade’s growing health and beauty offerings, giving residents another convenient option close to home.
• SIM Lounge Golf & Sport will provide an indoor golf simulator and multi-sport entertainment experience for golfers, sports enthusiasts, families and groups—an all-weather option for recreation and social time.

• Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop will offer an extensive selection of sweets and treats in a distinctive, nostalgic candy-shopping experience for customers of all ages.
Together, the new businesses broaden the experiences available within The Promenade at TownCenter and reinforce its residential vision: a community where home, dining, services, wellness and recreation come together in one place.
