We were honored to welcome Lt. Governor Jay Collins to The Promenade at Town Center and appreciate the opportunity to share our vision for the future of Palm Coast.
During his visit, we highlighted how The Promenade is being thoughtfully designed to deliver more than beautiful residences. Through the smart use of insulated concrete construction, residents will benefit from lower utility costs, superior sound insulation, and a more comfortable living experience.
We also shared our vision for creating a true destination lifestyle, where thoughtfully integrated shops, dining, and community amenities come together to offer a live, work, and play experience unlike anything else in Flagler County.
